REFUND POLICY

Returns of custom products

At Studio Cara, we understand that choosing custom furniture is an important decision. To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, we have established the following return policy.
 

Since all of our products are custom-made according to the customer's wishes, returning these products is in principle not possible.

After confirmation of your order and start of production, the order can no longer be cancelled or closed. This is because the products are specially made for you.

Defects of assembled products

We do our utmost to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition. However, if there is a problem with your order, such as a lack of damage, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Send us an email with photos of the defect of the damage, together with your order number. We will help you as soon as possible and offer you a suitable solution, including replacement or repair.

Complaints and disputes

Customers are asked to carefully consider their choices before placing an order. For complaints, you can always contact us via email or phone. 

We aim to resolve any complaints quickly and to your satisfaction.
